The Made in Hawaii Festival kicks off this Friday at the Blaisdell Center. I'll attend and give a short report, although I can already attest from past visits that it's a great place to find new and exciting made in Hawaii products. Update 8-17-03: It seems that the Festival is a big success again this year. I drove up to Blaisdell center and found the parking lot full and cars being routed away. I drove around the block 3 times and never found any street parking and the lot never opened up again. I gave up and went home.
